Our “Vela” Salchichones are made with the same meat and in the same way as the Iberian Bellota Salchichon, with the only difference that they are stuffed in a lesser quality casing, which means a shorter curing process (three months).
Its succulent texture is accompanied by sweet and intense aromas. It is available both in its natural form or vacuum packed and we recommend cutting it into thin slices for its best enjoyment.
