We elaborate of our Quercus Iberian Ham Selection “Cebo de Campo” with the same care and dedication as with the 100% Acorn fed Iberian Ham.

It comes from the hind quarters of the Iberian pig, which has been fed on acorns, cereals and natural feed rich in fibre.

It needs a minimum of 24 months of maturing and when cut its colour varies between intense red and pale red. On tasting it offers a sweet taste with a soft and delicate texture on the palate.
