Iberian Acorn-fed Chorizo Vela
Our “vela” Chorizos are made with the same meat and in the same way as the Iberian Bellota Chorizo, with the only difference that they are stuffed in a lesser quality casing, which means a shorter curing process (three months).
Its juicy and tender texture is accompanied by sweet and intense aromas. We offer them in their natural format or vacuum packed, and recommend cutting in thin slices for an optimal tasting.
